  • John’s role on the team is as a full-service REALTOR®, bringing extensive experience and support to both buyers and sellers. John has been a full-time REALTOR® since 1997. Prior to that, John was Vice President and Manager of First Interstate Bank in Fremont (1980 to 1996), experience that thoroughly prepared him for his current role. Having received numerous accolades from current and past clients, we are very excited that John brings an incredible depth of experience, knowledge and customer appreciation to our team!

John is a well-rounded REALTOR® in every sense. He has continued to improve his professional skills and knowledge by taking continuing education courses in Ethics, Fair Housing, Agency, Trust Fund Handling and more. He has also earned the following professional designations (held by only a small percentage of real estate licensees): GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), PMN (Personal Management Network Designee), LTG (Leadership Training Graduate) and ePro (Internet Professional Certification). He has also been certified by the Women’s Council of REALTORS® as a Relocation Specialist.

Following John’s belief that REALTORS® must continue to provide the highest possible levels of experience, integrity and professionalism to their clients, he sat on the Professional Standards and Local Government Relations Councils of the Bay East Association of REALTORS® (Bay East). He was elected by fellow REALTORS® to serve on the Bay East Board of Directors. He also served on the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) Board of Directors. Lastly, he has served on the Professional Standards, Local Government Relations, and REALTORS® Risk Management and Consumer Protection Committees for CAR. In the past, John has served as President of the Fremont Chamber of Commerce, the Irvington Business Association and the Dawn Breakers Lions Club.
