John brings extensive experience and support to both buyers and sellers. Additionally, John is our Certified Short Sale Specialist providing help to those looking for foreclosure alternatives. John has been a full-time REALTOR® since 1997. Prior, he was Vice President/Manager of First Interstate Bank in Fremont (1980 to 1996), experience that thoroughly prepared him for his current role. He has sat on the Professional Standards and Local Government Relations Councils of the Bay East Association of REALTORS® (Bay East). He was elected by fellow REALTORS® to serve on the Bay East Board of Directors. He also served on the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) Board of Directors. Lastly, he has served on the Professional Standards, Local Government Relations, and REALTORS® Risk Management and Consumer Protection Committees for CAR.
Outside of work, John has served as President of the Fremont Chamber of Commerce, the Irvington Business Association and the Dawn Breakers Lions Club. He enjoys spending time with his kids and grandkids, reading, fine dining, skiing, and traveling.

Before partnering with Carl Medford and helping to form The Medford Real Estate Team, Inc., Michelle functioned as the Director of Marketing and Support Services for a major real estate firm in the Bay Area. Her passion has always been to find solutions that make life easier and to inspire others to fulfill their vision for their lives and for their businesses. Michelle garnered well-over three decades of experience working in management and leadership positions for fortune company executives and social service organizations. As a result, Michelle founded and is CEO of Bay Concierge, Inc. a service-based, consultative firm whose mission it is to partner with REALTORS® and independent entrepreneurs adding value by building profitable and sustainable organizations through leveraging talent and resources.
As a licensed REALTOR® and business consultant, Michelle uses her leadership as the Director of Operations to our team to help build and run the inside of our business by driving desired outcomes through strategic planning, systems implementation, marketing development and developing best practices for our agents and staff.

Prior to joining our team, Lori performed commercial and multi-family housing feasibility studies for a major San Francisco Bay Area land developer. Lori has also used her skill-set in the medical field as an independent consultant helping to create an Outpatient Surgery Center. She brings her knowledge of systems and portfolio management to support buyers and sellers in any market. Additionally, as a manager of an extensive property portfolio and educational trust, she brings an unparalleled depth of real estate experience to our team. To better serve her clients, she contributes in a leadership position to our local MLS by serving on both the Professional Standards and the Grievance Council. Lori and her husband have traveled all over the US and continue to do so as often as they can.

Sheryl heads our own professional staging company, The Next Stage, which allows us to have the unique ability to effectively prepare our listings for marketing. The fact that Sheryl is a certified Professional Home Stager with extensive interior design and color selection experience ensures that your home will be comprehensively prepared to maximize its’ full market potential. In addition to staging and design, Sheryl oversees the multitude of personnel that may be required to ready a property for the market: from cleaning crews, handymen, painters, landscapers, contractors – any and all deemed necessary (from our extensive database of proven professionals) to transform your home into a show place! Sheryl has garnered numerous accolades and testimonials, and is considered by many to be one of the top staging professionals in the area, sought after by many other Realtors to enhance their listings. The good news is that our clients get her first AND we do not charge extra for her services – it’s all included in our listing package!

Jim grew up in the Bay area and has lived here for 16 years. He obtained a Bachelor of Business Management Economics from UC Santa Cruz. He is also a part-time trader/ investor in the stock and forex market, following closely the interest rate fluctuations and quantitative data which affect the financial market as a whole. He decided to pursue a career in real estate because of the freedom to utilize his talents and to grow his own business. He is fluent in Chinese.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys hiking, swimming, basketball, and biking. He also love to keep up to date with the latest technology and innovation which he will use effectively to bring better services for everyone.
Bradley has called the Bay Area his home since childhood. After obtaining his Master’s Degree in early 2013 in Leadership and Business, He came to real estate from the art world after working with the number one Landscape Photographer in the world – representing him throughout the Hawaiian Island and across the US and at succeeding at a high level as their top salesperson. Bradley became an independent REALTOR for Keller Williams at the beginning of February 2017 and joined the Medford Real Estate Team in December 2017. He comes to the team as a highly trained and highly accountable salesperson with a fearless passion to continue to build upon his past successes. His hyper-focused drive is to build wealth by helping as many families as he can by giving our team members and his clients the highest level of service and satisfaction. Bradley’s extensive entrepreneurial accomplishments include owning several business enterprises in different parts of the US over the years. Bradley is also and a part-time stock and real estate investor.
